“I’m with Quincy on this one. He’s right. It’s long overdue. We can’t shy away from the fact that the arts and culture are political and arenas around which Americans have very diverse ideas. We need to have those conversations, not run from them. Creating a Secretary of the Arts could be a major step forward in this regard.”
